In this episode of VR Jurassic Encyclopedia, we will tell you about one of the smallest dinosaurs and more specifically Compsognathus. Compsognathus lived about 150 million years ago in the late Jurassic titanic era. The discovery of the dinosaur skeletons confirmed that it was quite a small dinosaur because its length was estimated from 70cm to 1.4m. It is also estimated that the German specimen weighed from 0.32kg to 0.58kg, while the French from 2.5kg to even 3.5kg. Knowing its dimensions you can compare it to the size of a modern chicken.
