VR Jurassic Encyclopedia #13 – Dilophosaurus dinosaur facts VR 360 video education
In today’s episode of VR Jurassic Encyclopedia, we will tell you about one of the largest theropods, the Dilophosaurus dinosaur. This dinosaur inhabited what is now North America in the Early Jurassic about 193 million years ago. It is estimated that this dinosaur was about 7 meters long and weighed about 400 kg. An interesting thing is also the myth that this dinosaur was 1.2 meters tall and spat venom. Also, the frill around the neck of the Dilophosaurus featured in the film is fiction. None of the excavated skeletons even had a trace of a frill.
