VR Jurassic Encyclopedia #16 – Pteranodon dinosaur facts VR 360 video education
In the next episode of our VR Jurassic Encyclopedia series, we tell you another dose of interesting facts about one of the pterosaurs, Pteranodon dinosaur! It was a reptile of the pterosaur genus that lived around 86 – 84.5 million years ago during the Late Cretaceous period. The wingspan of adult males reached up to 5.6m. Females of this species were much smaller and their wingspan measured an average of 3.8m. Pteranodon diet was not very diverse. It is believed that this reptile fed almost exclusively on fish.
